How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days and typically arrive within 5-12 business days anywhere in the US. Shipping is free on every order - no minimums, no codes needed. You'll get a tracking number by email the moment your order ships.
What if it doesn't fit, or my dog just hates it?
It happens - dogs have opinions. You have 30 days from delivery to request a return or exchange. Email us at support@raisedlikefamily.com with your order number and we'll sort it out. Items should be unused and in original packaging.
How do I pick the right coat size?
Measure your dog's back from collar to tail base, and chest at the widest point. Each product page lists exact garment measurements. Between sizes? Size up - a slightly roomy coat is comfortable; a tight one stays in the closet.
Do you ship outside the United States?
Not yet. We're US-only for now so we can keep shipping free and delivery times honest.
