Refund policy

We want you and your pet to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.

Returns: You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging. To start a return, email us at catalystedgepro@gmail.com with your order number — we'll send instructions and the return address. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you and issue your refund to the original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, contact us at catalystedgepro@gmail.com.

Damaged or wrong items: If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we'll replace it or refund you in full — no return shipping needed.

Exchanges: The fastest way to get the right item is to make a return and place a new order once the return is accepted.
